        Post Construction Cleaning

 Phases of Post-Construction Cleaning

  • Rough clean-  Involves scrubbing plywood or concrete surfaces to prepare for new flooring installation. This phase typically includes the proper disposal of debris, excess building materials, and large items, as well as the removal of stickers and labels from doors, windows, and other fixtures, followed by vacuuming the entire area. Construction crews are responsible for clearing all debris and leftover materials.

  • The Light Clean - This is often the most labor-intensive, necessitating cleaning equipment and tools. Special focus is given to rooms with specific functions, such as restrooms and kitchens. Items like sinks, toilets, windows, and cabinets undergo a thorough cleaning. This meticulous attention to detail is why clients opt for professional cleaning services.

  • The final Cleaning - At this stage, last-minute touch-ups are performed. Any dust or dirt accumulated since the initial or secondary phase will be vacuumed, wiped, or dusted off. Our team will meticulously inspect the space to clean any smudges, fingerprints, and marks from the construction process.
